We Moved to Cedar Park
Dingz Happen has a new home. After running our shop in the Austin area since 2009, we’ve relocated to Cedar Park, Texas. The move was a family decision, but we landed in a spot that actually makes things better for most of our customers.
The new shop sits near Cedar Park Town Center, right off the I-35 corridor with easy access from MoPac and Highway 183. If you’re coming from Georgetown, Round Rock, Leander, or central Austin, getting to us is straightforward.
Why Cedar Park Works
When we started looking at locations, Cedar Park kept coming up. It’s central to the areas we serve most, and northwest Austin has been growing fast. New neighborhoods keep popping up in Leander, Brushy Creek, and Wells Branch. The construction boom along 183/Research Boulevard means more trucks and work vehicles in the area. And all those cars need paintless dent repair eventually.
There’s also the weather factor. Central Texas sits in what meteorologists call “Hail Alley.” Supercell thunderstorms roll through here every spring, tracking along the I-35 corridor. We’ve repaired vehicles hit by everything from marble-sized hail to golf ball-sized ice that punched through the region. Being right in the middle of the service area means faster turnaround when storms hit.

We’ve got the facility dialed in with Dentcraft tools, LED stripe boards for precision damage assessment, and whale tail tools for getting into tight spots behind body lines. Our blending hammers handle the finishing work that keeps your vehicle’s factory paint looking original.
Mobile Service Still Running
We still come to you when it makes sense. From our Cedar Park base, we send mobile paintless dent repair teams across the metro. Parking lot damage at The Domain? Door ding at Lakeline Mall? Hail damage in Georgetown? Our mobile crews bring professional equipment to your location.
Insurance Work
The new location has helped us keep building on the relationships we have with local insurance adjusters. We work directly with independent adjusters who know our repair quality and can speed up claims processing. We’re familiar with Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) requirements, so the paperwork side moves quickly.

Our customers come from all over the Austin metro:
Northwest Austin: Cedar Park, Leander, Jollyville, and Brushy Creek. These neighborhoods get hit hard during hail season, and we see a lot of repeat customers from this area.
North Austin: Round Rock, Georgetown, and Wells Branch. Busy H-E-B parking lots and the Round Rock Premium Outlets keep us busy with door ding repairs year-round.
Central and South Austin: Downtown Congress Avenue garages, the UT campus area, and Barton Creek Square. Tight parking means more dings, and our mobile service handles these without you having to drive out to Cedar Park.

What We Know About This Market
Working across Central Texas has taught us a few things. The mix of vehicles here is all over the place: lifted trucks from the construction sites, luxury cars from the Lakeway crowd, Teslas from the tech workers, and college beaters from UT students. Each one needs a different approach.
