Cedar Park is home base for Dingz Happen. We’re not a franchise driving in from another city or a mobile tech passing through on a route. We live and work here, and we’ve been repairing dents for Cedar Park residents and their neighbors for over a decade.
If your car has picked up a door ding at Lakeline Mall, a dent from a stray baseball at one of the sports fields off Brushy Creek Road, or hail damage from a spring storm, paintless dent repair gets it fixed without repainting, without body filler, and usually in a fraction of the time traditional body shops take.
PDR technicians use specialized metal rods and glue pull systems to work dents out from behind the panel. The technique relies on the metal’s natural memory, its tendency to return to its original shape when pressure is applied correctly. No sanding, no primer, no paint booth.
The result is a repair that’s invisible. Your factory OEM paint stays untouched, which keeps your vehicle’s resale value intact and avoids the color-matching headaches that come with repainting.
PDR works on most door dings, parking lot dents, hail damage, and minor collision dents where the paint isn’t cracked. For a detailed breakdown, check out our guide on what dents can and can’t be fixed with PDR.
Door Ding Removal: The most common repair we do. Cedar Park’s shopping areas, school parking lots, and neighborhood streets produce a steady supply of door dings. We remove them cleanly, preserving your finish.
Hail Damage Restoration: Williamson County takes a beating during Texas hail season, which peaks from March through May. Cedar Park sits right in the path of storms moving through Central Texas, and a single storm can leave dozens of dents across your hood, roof, and trunk. We handle everything from scattered pings to full hail jobs. See our Cedar Park hail damage repair page for details.
Shopping Cart and Parking Lot Dents: The H-E-B on Cypress Creek, the Costco at Lakeline, the 1890 Ranch shopping center. If you park your car in Cedar Park, it’s going to get hit by a cart or a door eventually. PDR takes care of it.
Crease and Body Line Dents: Dents along body lines or sharp creases require more precision, but experienced PDR techs can handle them without paint in most situations.
Cedar Park has grown fast. The population has more than doubled in the last 15 years, and that means more cars, more crowded lots, and more opportunities for dents.
Lakeline Mall and 1890 Ranch parking. These two shopping areas generate the most door ding complaints we hear from Cedar Park customers. Tight spaces, high traffic on weekends, and shoppers loading bags into cars next to yours. It adds up.
183A Toll Road and US-183 debris. The 183A toll corridor moves fast, and the construction that comes with Cedar Park’s growth means loose gravel, construction debris, and the occasional object bouncing off a truck bed. At 70+ mph, even a small rock leaves a dent.
H-E-B Center at Cedar Park. Events at the arena bring thousands of cars into a concentrated area. Concert nights, Texas Stars games, and special events mean packed parking lots where people are in a hurry. Your doors are vulnerable.
New neighborhood construction. With developments still going up throughout Cedar Park, construction vehicles share the roads daily. Gravel trucks, equipment trailers, and work vans all contribute to road debris that chips paint and dents panels.
Spring storms. Cedar Park is no stranger to hail. Storms that form along the I-35 corridor regularly drop hail across Williamson County, and cars parked outside during a 15-minute burst can need full PDR restoration.

We’re at 720 S Bell Blvd, Unit 3A, right in the heart of Cedar Park. It’s easy to find off Bell Boulevard near the 1890 Ranch shopping area. You can drop your vehicle off or wait while we work on smaller repairs.
For single dents and door dings, we can usually schedule you within a few days. During hail season, demand increases and wait times may be longer, so booking early after a storm gives you the best turnaround.
No. Paintless dent repair works entirely from behind the panel to reshape the metal without touching the painted surface. Your factory finish stays completely intact, which also means the repair won’t show up on a Carfax report.
Appointments are recommended so we can dedicate proper time to your vehicle. However, you’re welcome to stop by during business hours for a free visual estimate. We’ll assess the damage and schedule the repair from there.
The dent itself can still be removed with PDR. The paint chip needs separate attention, either a professional touch-up or a push-to-paint repair that combines PDR with minimal spot painting. We’ll explain your options during the estimate.
From parking lot dings at Lakeline Mall to bumper scrapes on 183A, Cedar Park drivers deal with dent damage year-round. Paintless dent repair gets it fixed faster and cheaper than a body shop, with the factory paint untouched. Here are a few recent jobs.
Brian came to us after a mobile ding repair guy left visible ripples and indentations on his car. The previous tech had pushed too aggressively and created high spots in the metal. We had to carefully knock those down first, then re-work the low spots with precise rod pressure to get the surface flat again.
Correcting someone else’s PDR work is harder than starting from scratch because the metal has already been stressed. We got the panels smooth. He told us he’d never go back to a mobile ding service.

Justin had a nickel-sized ding on his 2023 Tesla Model Y. He’d visited several PDR shops around Austin and got quotes he called absurd, with wait times of one to two months.
Tesla’s aluminum body panels need a lighter touch. Gabe used a fine-tip PDR rod with slow, controlled pressure to push the ding out from behind. Aluminum doesn’t spring back the same way steel does, so you work in small increments and check your progress constantly. Fixed within 24 hours.
Short wait, fair price, clean repair. That’s what Tesla owners need and what most shops aren’t set up to deliver.

Chris swiped a painted curb with his Impreza Sport. Dent in the front bumper plus red paint streaks. Body shops wanted over $1,000 to repaint the whole bumper.
Bumper work is different from metal panel PDR. The bumper cover is plastic, so we used heat to make it pliable, then pushed it back into shape from behind. For the paint transfer from the curb, we used a clay bar and rubbing compound to lift the foreign paint without cutting into Chris’s clear coat.
He wasn’t expecting perfection, just wanted it cleaned up. That’s exactly what we delivered, for significantly less than a full respray.
